Info: This was my first ever costume!
I made this when I was 14 years old (hahaha)
At the time I didn't own a sewing machine so everything had to be made by hand
I had to dye a lot of clear plastic jumpropes and dye some clear plastic
the dragon was ironed on and then embroidered in place
